Deep Roots: Live Downtown! – Jeff McCreary w/Mississippi Mason

RESCHEDULED FROM AUGUST 6 – Jeff McCreary is a singer-songwriter from the Delta town of Cleveland, Mississippi. McCreary’s music is the wry, hard-earned expression of life and time in the mystic region famously described as “the most Southern place on earth.” Inspired by Dylan’s music, as well as Texas songwriter Townes Van Zandt, he began to write his own songs, and has recently released an EP of his material called Rough Patch. Opening act will be singer/songwriter Mississippi Mason Honnoll, a singer/songwriter in the DMI Entertainment Industry Studies program at Delta State.
