Deep Roots Winter Series – Alanna Mosley/Walt Busby @ 8 West Grille

Alanna Mosley is a singer-songwriter from Carrollton, Mississippi. Her music—best described as Americana or roots—blurs genre lines, and her cover tune catalog spans decades. With guitar in hand, Mosley is an unstoppable jukebox of great music that invites the listener to keep humming along. Her musical influences include 90s guitar queens Patty Griffin and Shawn Colvin, country rockers like Dwight Yoakam and Steve Earle, and the gauntlet of great singer-songwriters from Carole King to Brandi Carlile. 

Walt Busby joins Alanna for this duo show. When he’s not doing amazing photography work, Walt performs with Blackwater Trio and a host of other regional musicians.
