Michael 'Cadillac' Dennis

Born and raised in the Mississippi Delta, ‘Cadillac’ Dennis’ musical journey began with singing and playing drums with the church choir as a kid.  While majoring in music at Mississippi Valley State University, he began dabbling with guitar and piano.  This led to his playing in a number of Gospel bands in his twenties, before starting to play guitar for various Blues artists.

Dennis formed his own band, the Big Time Rhythm & Blues Band in the spring of 2010 and booked performances throughout the South, Northwest, and even Hawaii.  He recently released a single, “2X Woman”, which he co-produced with the help of another Deep Roots musician, Eric Edwards.
